It is important to have expectations in any workplace and, the school workshop is no different.

This poster is different to the ones commonly seen in high school workshops. It focuses on *expectations* and not 'rules'.

Rules are simply a list of the things we should not do, whereas, expectations communicate the desired behaviour using a positive framework and, encourages responsibility.

The poster uses positive and inclusive language with added graphics, colours and sectioning to aid comprehension.
